I managed to find some paints in a cupboard downstairs. Sherringford was not happy with what I did with them, but I think that wall looks much better. Eggshell is such a hateful colour. Why would anybody paint their walls that?

However, my plan does seem to have worked as I am no longer bored enough to consider tearing off my own face for entertainment.

Eggshell is dull alright. Possibly better than a yellow we tried that turned out to look like urine; or the icy blue that looked like death.

Now on various walls in the house we have oranges, blues, greens, yellow, peach...

Eggshell is hateful, but at least it's not mustard. My mother painted her whole living room a dark rancid mustard shade. On purpose. *shudder*
